The following foods are recommended in the diet: green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk, which is a good source of calcium, prune juice to prevent constipation, and fish, which is a good source of Omega 3.

It is best to attend the prenatal checkup and OB consultation to check that the pregnancy is going well.
